How have you adjusted to this new work style?
Constantly checking in with donors virtually to make sure they know they are being thought about through emails, phone calls, text messages, and video calls.

How have your managers and leaders stayed in touch with you and kept you involved?
All-staff meeting that was once a month is now once a week. Also, by having more breakout sessions within departments that work together.
*Constantly communicate to make sure everyone is on the same page and in the loop
What tips do you have for working from home and how to get through this change?
Get up at a normal time, make your bed, get all the way dressed, and stick to a schedule. Make sure you're on time for meetings, and eat at normal hours. Most importantly limit yourself. Have a hard stop from work in the evening and then do something for yourself like a nice walk or spend time with your family.
*Try and normalize things as much as you can, so you can stay in a work mindset
