I recently talked to Kaitlin Davis, Content Specialist at Adobe, to learn more about how people and companies are adjusting to a remote workforce.
Here are a few of my key takeaways:
*Think about which employees are usually super outgoing and social. Make sure to have conversations with all employees, but especially the extraverts who might need some more guidance.
*Employees are use to constant in person feedback. Not having people around all the time could affect efficiency. What can you do to close the gaps?
*As leaders, be empathetic. Know everyone has "days like that". Keep the conversation going, so you can help each other and get through this time together.
